Service Agreement

Additional hours may be added at $85 per hour. Any add-ons must be agreed upon in writing prior to the event date.

Select any add-ons you'd like included. Each will be added to your total balance.

• • A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total agreed price is required to confirm and reserve your event date. No date is held without a paid deposit.
• • The remaining balance is due one (1) week prior to the event date.
• • Accepted payment methods: Zelle or cash.
• • Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date will result in cancellation of services. The Client remains responsible for the full contracted amount, which must be paid in full to Isabel Souza within 5 business days of the cancellation date, regardless of whether services were rendered.

• •The 25% deposit is non-refundable regardless of when the cancellation occurs.
• •If the Client cancels the event for any reason within 30 days of the event date, or within a few days of the event, the full contracted amount is due and payable to Isabel Souza no later than 5 business days after cancellation.
• •Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected].
• •In the event Becca Glow Events must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergency), the Client will receive a full refund including the deposit, or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.

• • Client is responsible for providing a suitable space for the photobooth setup (minimum 10’ x 10’ area, access to a standard electrical outlet).
• • Client agrees to ensure guests treat the equipment with care. Client is liable for any damage caused by guests to Becca Glow Events equipment.
• • Client must notify Becca Glow Events of any venue restrictions (no flash, noise limits, etc.) at least 7 days before the event.

• • Becca Glow Events retains the right to use event photos for portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes unless the Client requests otherwise in writing prior to the event.
• • Client grants Becca Glow Events permission to photograph the event setup and booth experience.

Travel fees are based on distance from our home base and will be added to your total.

Travel fee will be confirmed at time of booking based on your venue location.

By signing below, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this Service Agreement. This Agreement is legally binding upon execution.
